My sleeping baby

My baby used to not like to sleep, but for some reason he is now sleeping which is great!! The past few days he has taken at least a 1 hour nap by himself, which for him that is great, because he used to only sleep on me or in the cars. Most of the time it has been closer to 2 hours though!! Praise the Lord!!!!! We are very excited. I have been able to actually get stuff done around my house and post on the blog! So here is a pic of him sleeping on Daddy.

Mother's Day

We started off Mother's Day by going to church. From there we picked up something to eat on the way home and were planning on going out to dinner. Brian had picked out a book for Carson to give me and he gave me a nice card and a baby sign language book I had been saying I wanted. We took pictures of course and then ended up ordering pizza bacause I was too tired to go out!

Spring Cleaning

Well, I guess we got a late start on Spring Cleaning. We started a few weekends ago and probably won't finish until the summer when Brian is off and able to help more. I have been trying to get him to go through his clothes to see what we could donate. I actually have been asking since we got married!! So he finally went through his drawers at least. We will work on the closet this summer. Here is a pic of some old clothes!!

Baby Dedication

Ok well I will start with the night before....Carson has not been sleeping all week. Really since his shots on Tuesday, but this would have to be the worst day of all. He was not sleeping at all and decided that at 6:15 he would get up for good. So I thought I would give him a bath so I did. After a bath he was sleepy again and went back to sleep until 9:15 and I got at most an hour of sleep after that and then began to get us all ready. So we were 15 minutes late to Sunday School, but at least we made it!! So here are a few pics from the dedication.

I Forgot...

I forgot to put on the last post how much Carson weighs. Things this week have been a little crazy. After shots on Tuesday Carson has had a fever everyday so by Friday we went back to the doc and she said that it is probably just a virus. So he continues to be fussy and enjoys not sleeping at night. His fever is gone though so maybe things will start to get back to normal. We have our baby dedication at church tomorrow so I will take some pics and post them next week or maybe tomorrow if I can get around to it. So he weighs 17 lbs 5 oz as of Friday when we went back to the doc. He did have his clothes on though so maybe just 17lbs.( He weighed 17 lbs. on Tuesday)

6 months!!!

I can't believe he is all ready half a year old. It goes by way too fast. We went to his 6 mth check up and of course had to get shots, which I hate! He did great. He only cried for a few seconds. We went to eat lunch with Daddy afterwards at Wendy's and then headed home. That night I had to take 6 mths pics!!! So here they are......
