More Beach pics

5 Years and the big 60

My dad turned 60 this year and decided to take us all to the beach. It was also our 5th year wedding anniversary and we got married at the beach. So it was a neat trip for all of us. It has been over a year since I have seen my brother. The last time he saw Carson he was 3 month old. So he was a lot different this time. It was amazing that we could all come and be there for a full week. Here are few pics from our trip.

First Hair Cut

We finally went to get Carson his first hair cut. He did a great job and did not move very much at all, but as far as the hair cut we were not very impressed. Hopefully next time it will be even in the back!

Anna's shoes

Carson loves to try on shoes, have you put your own shoes on, or just carry shoes around. He found Anna's boots and had a blast wearing them around the house!! We took so many pictures and I havent been able to get the ones from Brians mom yet, but when I get those I will have to post more from our trip.

Making Cookies

Anna is a big helper in the kitchen so Carson decided he wanted to help this time. Grandma was brave having him in there!! They both had a good time.

water hose

Carson is a big fan of the water hose. Since we have been home from Arkansas we go outside and play with the hose at least every other day. Brian takes him out to water the plants and he always comes in soaking wet. He is getting so big I can't believe he will be two in October!!

Slip and Slide

This was Carson first time to try a slip and slide. Anna and Ella taught him well. They were waiting to get a new pool so this is what we got for them to play in the water with until then. It was fun while it lasted, but everyone was excited when we got the new pool. Carson was much more interested in the water hose!!

Daddy's Guitar

Carson loves to spend time with Daddy. Brian will get the guitar out every once in a while and Carson really enjoys listening to him play and of course wanted his turn to play. This summer has been so much fun having Brian home with us.

My Birthday

For my birthday this year my sister and Logan were able to come to visit. My parents were also here as well. My mom took a lot of pics that I don't have. We all had a really good time together. Thank you all for making my birthday special. I am tryaing to catch up our blog so there will be alot of random posts!!

Very late Easter pics!!!!

We had a good time this year for Easter. It was the first time Carson got an Easter basket. He really enjoyed opening it. By far his favorite part was the chocolate. He calls it choc choc. We started celebrating by going to an Easter egg hunt at the church on Saturday. Then on Sunday we went to church and then to Christi's house for dinner. It is truly a blessing to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior. I can't wait till Carson can understand and begin to take part in this celebration. The Lord has truly blessed us with a wonderful son.
