Feeding the birds!!!

Well, we finallly went to the zoo as a family. We got some coupons in the mail to feed the birds for free so we decided to go. Brian hasn't been to the zoo with Carson yet. Carson had so much fun watching the birds. He would get excited and wave his arms and the birds would fly away. You can't really tell from the pictures, he looks so serious! We all really enjoyed watching them. They actually perch on the stick and eat the seeds. Anyway enjoy the few pics we took.....

Carson's 1st Car

Carson got his first car for his Birthday. Grammy and Pops gave it to him and were here to see him ride in it for the first time. He actually didn't like it that much and cried the first few minutes he was in it. Now he loves it and we finally took some pictures of him riding in it. We try and get out everyday and go for a ride.

My Little Monkay can walk!!

It just seemed like it happen over night. Carson just started walking on Sunday. He was taking steps,but not very many and then all of sudden on Sunday he was just walking. This is video from tonight after dinner. I remeber thinking he would never walk and now I look back and think this happened way too fast. It feels like yesterday that he started crawling. Now we have more talking to look forward to. He can say mama, dada, ball, bye bye, and more. And of course he says things to us that we don't understand. Now when he wants to go somewhere he says bye bye and goes to the door. Last night he kept saying bye bye and we got our shoes on and went for a ride and he was asleep by the time we got to Target, right down the road!

We went to a park benind our house for Carson's birthday. My dad cooked hamburgers and hotdogs and the kids played at the park and took advantage of riding some rides they have on the weekends. It was Carson's first time to ride a carasel. When it was time to eat cake all Carson wanted to do is play with it. I think he only had two bites and my mom and I gave him those!! Oh, well we took some fun pictures.

Carson has riden the train a few times recently so I wanted to post a few pics. He will now sit in his bumbo seat and ridethe train insted of riding in my lap. He was actually holding on to the side this time. It was so cute. We went with Blake and Laurie and then on Halloween we went with Meg and Naomi, Meredith, Jax and Sawyer and Robin, Noah and Jude and Ashley, Sarah and Karoline. We love to ride the train. Carson always wants to eat my popcorn on the way back. Good thing I brought his sippy cup this time so he wouldn't drink my drink.
