Carson went to his 2 month check up on December 19th. He had to get his first round of shots. He did really well. Of course he cried and I wanted to reach down and pick him up as soon as possible. I think it was worse for me than it was for him. It ended up working out that Brian was able to come to the doctor with us so that made it better for me. He weighed 10 lbs and 10 oz. So he is gaining weight and things are looking good. He did have a little bit of exema and we had to get some cream for that, but I think things will get better with that soon. Yes...the shots stink!!!! And we've had lots of them already. We had her 2 month shots, then the week before Christmas she had to have antibiotic shots for each infections...two shots a day for three days in a row. Then we had a shot at the ER on New Year's Eve and next week we get 4 month shots. No fun! I hate watching it...but I've seen it so much now at least I know what to expect!!!
Wow...he's getting so big already! Ainsley's a little thing! She's almost two months older than Carson and she's still under 12 pounds. She was 11 lbs 12 oz on New Years Eve...we will get the official weight next week at her 4 month.
That should say EAR infections...forgive my typing skills.
